Cornwall’s special wildlife

We have been finding unusual wildlife on our guided walks recently exploring Cornwall’s paths and trails, today we came across white heather growing on the cliff tops during a walk in West Cornwall, heather or ling, normally produces swathes of pink and purple flowers but very occasionally you can find these special white flowers.  Queen Victoria brought the legend of white heather being lucky south from Balmoral.
